ConnCASE is looking for mentors and mentees! If you are a veteran Director with 5 or more years of experience and would be willing to volunteer your time to mentor a new Director please contact Kathie Gabrielson, ConnCASE President Elect at kgabrielson@ansonia.org. If you are a Director in your first or second year as a Director and would like a mentor. You may also contact Kathie Gabrielson, ConnCASE President Elect at kgabrielson@ansonia.org.
We request a monthly time commitment of 2 hours per month which is outlined in a contract that the mentee and their Superintendent will sign. Additionally, there may be an additional meeting 1-2 times per year held for the purposes of receiving feedback and planning for the future.
